摘要
对培养基中,不同蔗糖浓度和活性炭含量对美国黄松不定芽继代培养的影响进行了研究.对不同蔗糖浓度下的黄松不定芽,在1/2GD和1/2SH培养基上的增殖系数作回归拟合,相关系数均达到0.98以上.计算得出:在1/2GD培养基中加入10.6071g.L-1蔗糖时,1/2SH培养基中加入20.5g.L-1蔗糖对黄松不定芽的增殖最有利.不定芽增殖系数都随着活性炭的增加而有所下降,但是,活性炭对于不定芽的伸长具有明显的促进作用.
The influences of different concentration of sucrose and activated charcoal on the Pinus ponderosa adventitious buds culture were studied. The correlations between adventitious buds propagation coefficient and different sucrose level were closed,the correlation coefficient were more than 0.98.The optimum sucrose concentration is 10.607 1 g·L^(-1) on 1/2GD medium,and (20.5 g·L^(-1)) on 1/2SH medium. The adventitious buds propagation coefficient decrease with the increasing of activated charcoal. But activated charcoal can significantly improve the buds growth.
