摘要
该文探讨了采用遗传算法进行PID参数优化的基本步骤,并将其应用于线切割机钼丝张力数字控制系统中。研究表明,对比传统的优化方法遗传算法是一种十分有效的优化方法。遗传算法因不要求优化对象的数学模型连续,而具有更宽的适用范围。同时遗传算法还具有较好的鲁棒性和稳定性。
As an intelligence algorithm, the genetic algorithm is used for tension-control system optimization. An integrated optimal index based on digital control tasks is established, and then according to the index the procedure to implement the optimization of the PID design parameters by the genetic algorithm is proposed. An optimization example of tension-control system by simulation calculation is given. The result shows that the genetic algorithm is a powerful method and it can be used widely, because it can degrade the limitation of the system mathematics description.
