摘要
“发展高技术,实现产业化”是我们的既定国策。但要实现高新技术的产业化,离不开创业投资的支持。为此,针对高技术产业化的不同阶段,基于中国国情,遵循创业投资的发展规律,分析了当前我国创业投资业存在的矛盾,对我国创业投资体系进行了创新研究。
It is national policy that “developing high-tech, realizing industrialization”. However, high-tech industrialization relies on the support of venture capital. On the basis of different development phases of high-tech industrialization, according to China’s situation and venture capital development laws, the authors analyze the concurrent problems of China’s venture capital industry, and designs the China model of the venture capital system.
