摘要 研究了ADC12铝合金表面微等离子体氧化法制备黑色陶瓷膜的电解液成分和电参数等对膜层性能的影响。通过SEM和XRD分析了黑色陶瓷膜层的微观形貌和相结构。 Influences of main parameters such as composition of electrolyte and electrical parameters in preparing black ceramic coating by microplasma oxidation on ADC12 aluminum alloy were studied. Morphology and phase structure of the black ceramic coatings were also investigated by XRD and SEM.
