烟酰水杨酸对鹌鹑实验性动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察烟酰水杨酸(NSA)对鹌鹑实验性动脉粥样硬化(AS)的治疗作用。方法110只鹌鹑随机分为正常组、高脂模型组、NSA75mg/kg组,NSA150mg/kg组、烟酸(NA)150mg/kg组,用高脂饮食建立鹌鹑AS模型,观察各组鹌鹑血脂、MDA、动脉粥样动脉硬化指数(AI)、斑块发生率、动脉和心脏的病理改变。结果NSA150mg/kg组能明显降低高胆固醇饮食鹌鹑血清TC、TG、LDLC含量(P<0.05),明显降低血清中MDA的含量(P<0.05),明显降低AI(P<0.05),粥样斑块发生率明显降低,动脉和心脏的病理变化明显减轻。NSA150mg/kg组的作用优于NA150mg/kg组。结论NSA具有较强的调血脂抗氧化和治疗AS作用。 Objective To investigate therapeutic action of nicotimylsalicylic acid on experimental atherosclerosis in quail. Methods 110 quails were randomly divided into control group, high lipid group, nicotimylsalicylic acid (NSA) 75 mg/kg group, nicotimylsalicylic acid (NSA) 150 mg/kg group, and nicotinic acid (NA) 150 mg/kg group. Models of experimental atherosclerosis in quails were built with high cholesterol diet. The levels of plasma total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C), malondialdehyde (MDA) concentration, plaque incidence rate, atherogenic index (TI) and histopathological changes of artery and heart were observed. Results Nicotimylsalicylic acid 150 mg/kg group had remarkable decreases in the level of TC, TG, LDL-C, MDA and TI (P<0.05), and alleviated histopathological changes of artery and heart, which had better effect than nicotinic acid 150 mg/kg group. Conclusions Nicotimylsalicylic acid could play stronger regulating blood lipid and antioxidative role.
