摘要 目的研究铅对亚慢性大鼠模型肾脏的损害作用。方法按随机原则将SD大鼠分为1个对照组和3个染毒组,每组6只。对照组用蒸馏水灌胃,染毒组分别用12.5、25、50mg·kg-1体重的醋酸铅溶液经口灌胃染毒,每周5次,连续8周。结果染毒组大鼠的尿铅、尿总蛋白(TP)、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG),尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平高于对照组,且差异有显著性(P<0·05),并随染毒剂量的升高而增高。病理改变主要局限于肾小管,可见肾小管上皮细胞的浑浊肿胀、颗粒样变及变性,坏死,同时伴有肾小球增大及肾间质轻度炎细胞浸润,损害的程度随染毒剂量的升高而加重。结论铅对大鼠肾脏的毒性作用除功能性损伤外,还有器质性损伤;应在临床治疗和预防中引起足够的重视。 Objective To study the impair of lead on the kidney of sub-chronic lead exposed rats. [Methods] SD rats were randomly selected and divided into 4 groups, namely 3 lead exposure groups and 1 control group with 6 rats in each group. The control group was lavaged with distilled water, while the lead exposure groups were lavaged with lead acetate solution of 12.5, 25 and 50 mg.kg -1respectively. [Results] The levels of urinary lead, urinary total protein (TP), urinary N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) and urinary β2-MG were all higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). The level was related with the increase of the exposure doses. The pathological changes were mainly found in the renal tubules accompanied by glomerulus enlargement and renal interstitial edema. The damage level was related with the increase of exposure doses. [Conclusion]Lead may cause functional damages as well as organic damages on rats' kidney. Great emphasis should put on the clinical treatment and prevention.
