血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性与心血管疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 目的血管紧张素转换酶(angiotensincomvertingenzyme,ACE)第16内含子存在一段287碱基对的插入(Insertion,I)和缺失(Deletion,D)多态。研究表明这一多态在一定程度上决定了ACE的血浆水平和生物活性进而通过。肾素血管紧张素系统(rininangiotensinsystem,RAS)对血管紧张素Ⅱ的生物活性和血浆水平产生影响,并使具有血管保护作用的缓激肽降解速度明显加快,从而跟高血压、冠心病、冠脉介入术后再狭窄等心血管疾病相关。但是目前该领域的研究的结果不尽相同,有的甚至完全相悖。表明其研究工作尚需不断完善和规范。
