一种银带轧制新工艺

A New Process for Silver Belt Cold Rolling

摘要 针对传统工艺轧制银带存在的时效性差、力学性能不稳定等问题,在研究了影响银材力学性能因素的基础上,提出了一种银带冷轧新工艺。工艺的关键在于在相对低的最后一次变形率(ε=30%)条件下,进行低温二次退火(250℃/30min),用该工艺轧制所得银带在自然时效时力学性能十分稳定。 Aiming at less stability of mechanical properties of silver belt rolled with traditional process, a new process is presented focusing on overcoming the problems based upon the studies of the factors influencing mechanical properties of silver belt such as cold deformation ratio, aging time and annealing temperature, etc. The key of new process focuses on 2 points:one is lower cold deformation ratio and another is 2nd annealing at lower temperature(250 , 30 min). Relevant comparison experiments show that new process has obvious advantages over the traditional one. When naturally aged, silver belt rolled with new process performs rather stable mechanical properties both in tensile strength and rate of elongation. This process has already been applying in practice and silver belt with which rolled has also been highly appraised by different clients for its good quality.
