摘要
目的研究微量元素硒(Se)、镉(Cd)对肝细胞的协同性影响作用。方法用细胞内微电极技术,分别测定了正常对照、高镉、高硒伴高镉条件下培养的大鼠肝细胞生物电活动的改变。结果高镉状态下培养的肝细胞,其静息电位(RP)减小、动作电位幅度(APA)降低、动作电位复极50%时的时程(APD50)和复极90%时的时程(APD90)缩短,而高镉伴高硒条件下培养的肝细胞,RP、APA、APD50、APD90与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义。结论高镉对培养的肝细胞有损害作用,硒可以对抗高镉对肝细胞产生的损害。
Objective To explore the synergic effect of selenium and cadmium on the electrophysiologicalproperties of liver cells of the rats. Methods Intracellular microelectrode technique was used to study theelectrophysiological changes of the liver cells cultured at different selenium and cadmium concentrations. ResultsWhen liver cells were cultured at a high cadmium concentration, rest potential (RP)and action potential amplitude(APA) were decreased, action potential duration APD50 and APD90 were shortened. However, when selenium wasadded to the experimental system, these electrophysiological parameters did not significantly change compared withthe controls. Conclusion These results showed that cadmium might injure the cultured liver cells and seleniumplayed important roles in preventing the liver cells from injury.
