大学生对艾滋病认知现状及课堂教育效果评价

摘要 目的:了解在校大学生对性传播疾病(sexuallytransmitteddiseases,STD)/获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquiredimmunodeficiencysyndrome,AIDS)知识的认知现状,以便有针对性地进行宣传教育。方法:课堂教育配合无记名调查表。结果:STD/AIDS基本知识知晓率课堂教育前后分别为74.61%和95.93%(P<0.005);讲课前后道德行为观点转变的学生达73.77%(P<0.05);观点转变率为80.36%(P<0.05)。结论:高校进行STD/AIDS知识宣传课堂教育效果明显。 Objective:To investigate the college students' cognition of sexually transmitted diseases(STD)/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) so as to strengthen the health education with purpose.Methods:Three hundred and seventy-five college students were surveyed by the self-administered anonymous questionnaire about the STD/AIDS prevention before and after the classroom education.Results:Before classroom education,only 74.61% of the students had some knowledge about STD/AIDS,while it was 95.93% after classroom education(P<0.005).73.77% of the students changed their views about moral behavior(P<0.05) and the rate was 80.36%(P<0.05).Conclusions:The effect of classroom education about STD/AIDS prevention is obvious at college.
