摘要 目的探讨硬核白内障超声乳化的手术技巧。方法采用改良的拦截劈裂-挤压碎核法超声乳化技术,对Ⅳ级以上硬核进行超声乳化吸出术。结果对60眼进行超声乳化手术。有效超声乳化时间为(38.60±9.20)秒。术后3天,裸眼或球镜矫正视力≥0.5者42眼(70.00%);术后1周,视力≥0.5以上者分别为54眼(90.00%)。结论拦截劈裂-挤压碎核法同时具备拦截劈裂法的安全和挤压碎核法的强力裂核的两大优越性,对硬核白内障进行超声乳化具有安全快速的特点。 Objective To investigate the technique of phacoemulsification with hard nucleolus cataract. Mehthos Phacoemulsification was performed with the technique of stop and phaco and squash. Results The technique was performed on 60 eyes. The phacoemulsification time was 38.60±9.20 seconds. 3 days post-operatively , visual acuity with spherical correction or without correction was 0.5 or better in 70.00%.7 days post-operatively,visual acuity was 0.5 or better in 90.00%. Conclusion Stop and phaco and squash is safety, easy and useful for cataracts with hard nucleolus.
