摘要
本文以探讨商业银行的核心竞争力为出发点,分析了国有商业银行在核心竞争力建设中存在的不足,并提出了三方面的建议:完善法人治理机构以焕发其风险管理的主动性、塑造强有力的企业文化以获得可持续竞争优势、构造并充分发挥独具特色的品牌优势以获得持续经营的生命力。
In this paper, we first discussed what is the core competitive power for commercial banks,then analyzed the deficiency that existed in our stated-owned commercial banks,and finally put some suggestions for our stated-owned commercial banks to construct their core competitive power.
