摘要 水杨酸是一种重要的响应逆境反应的信号分子。综述了植物体内水杨酸对生物和非生物胁迫的应答反应,并从水杨酸结合蛋白、胞内第二信使系统和蛋白质磷酸化等方面初步探讨了水杨酸诱导植物抗逆性的信息传递途径。最后概述了目前该领域中需要进一步研究的若干问题。关键词:水杨酸;信号转导; Salicylic acid (SA) is an important signal molecule in response to environmental stress. Advances of researches in the response of SA to biotic- and abiotic-stress are discussed. The signal transduction pathway of plant stress resistance induced by SA is introduced, the signal transduction of SA is probably accomplished through SA-binding protein, the second message system and protein phosphorylation. Finally, some important aspects for further studying are suggested.
