摘要
卷绕头要求恒张力恒线速度控制,采用可以代替经典PID控制器的自抗扰控制器,它不依赖于对象的精确模型就可以实现干扰补偿,仿真和实验结果表明,自抗扰控制器在整个卷绕过程中,具有良好的动态性能,且对负载及各种扰动都有非常好的鲁棒性。
The winder requires constant tension and line velocity control, ADRC which doesn't depend on the exact model of the plant can replace PID controller, with good anti-disturbance, the simulation and experiment result show that ADRC is robust against modeling uncertainty, load changing and noise, and the dynamic performances are improved as well.
