It is the correct view of mass that is the guarantee of the victory of revolution and construction. To foster the correct view of mass, we should meet the demand of the mass continuously. To improve the administrative abilities of our Party, we should carry out the wish of mass through scientific decision-making and improve the abilities of answer the purpose.
