摘要 晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)是蛋白质、脂质或核酸等大分子物质的非酶糖基化产物。其在体内有多种不同的存在形式,研究最多的是羧甲基赖氨酸(CML),它是AGEs的主要抗原表位,体内分布广泛,在糖尿病并发症等病变和衰老的发生、发展中有重要作用。 Advanced glycation end products(AGEs) are formed in proteins, lipids or RNAse by combined nonenzymatic glycation and oxidation(glycoxidation) reaction. AGEs are a heterogenous class of compounds,out of which the most important is N ε-(carboxymethyl)lysine,a major immunological epitope in advanced glycation end products,and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of numerous diseases, including diabetes complications,atherosclerosis and in the normal aging process.
