摘要
通过研究在外电场驱动下的双量子阱系统中电子的动力学行为,利用微扰理论得到了两个量子阱间的相干隧穿时间及电子局域化条件,并用数值演化方法验证了上述理论结果的正确性.这一方法可以推广到多模电场作用下的系统.
We investigate the dynamics of an electron in two biased quantum wells driven by an external bichromatic electric field. By using perturbation theory, we obtain the tunneling time and the condition of localization. All these results are tested by our numerical solutions. In fact, this method can be applied to a system under an arbitrary periodic field.
