摘要
本文采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸布比卡因注射液的含量，以０．０１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸液为溶剂，测定波长２６３ｎｍ。实验表明，盐酸布比卡因浓度在０．０５～１．００ｍｇ／ｍｌ范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为Ａ＝０．００７３＋１．３５３５Ｃ，相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９９（ｎ＝３）。平均回收率１００．２１％，相对标准偏差０．２１％。本法简便快速、结果准确。
This paper reports the
content determing of bupivacaine hydrochloride injection by ultraviolet
spectrophotometry.Bupiva-caine hydrochloride was analyzed at 263nm in 0.01 mol/L HCl.Linear
relationship was found in the range from 0. 05to 1.00mg/ml.The regression equation was A =
0.0073+1.3535C. The correlation coefficient(r)=0.9999(n=3).The averagerecovery was 100.21%.
The coefficient of variation was 0.21%(n=3).Results of experiments showed that the method
isSimple and rapid.
