摘要
高温熔体连续测温一直是一个难题.通过分析比较目前常用测温方法的优缺点,提出了裸头热电偶直接连续测温的新方法.它有效地解决了保护管式热电偶滞后时间长、寿命短,快速测温偶测温精度不高、不能连续测温,中间导体式热电偶受温度场不均匀度影响较大的问题.理论计算和实验证明,这种方法的热平衡误差为0.24℃,温度响应时间常数小于0.3s,明显优于其他方法.它适用于高温熔体在熔炼、转运、浇注及凝固成型等过程的温度连续测量及其智能控制.
In order to solve the problem of continuous temperature measurement on hot molten metal, a new method of direct and continuous temperature measurement by thermocouple with bald node is presented as compared the advantages and disadvantages with classical temperature measurement methods. Many problems such as long time-delay, short life-span of thermocouple with protection tube, low accuracy of quick measuring thermocouple witch can not continuously work and low stability of mid-conductor thermocouple in uneven temperature fields have been effectively solved. The results of calculation in theory and experiments show that this method has more advantages than classical ones because the maximum error of temperature is 0.24°C, and the response time constant is less than 0.3 second. It is more suitable for the continuous temperature measurement and intellectualized control of melting, transferring, pouring and solidification for forming of hot molten metal.
