摘要
以芦苇为原料,在常压条件下利用乙醇的水溶液提取分离木素、纤维素,采用三因子二次正交旋转组合设计研究了乙醇、催化剂和液固比对木素、纤维素分离的影响,得到了相应单指标二次回归模型;并对分离出来的木素做了定性分析。研究结果表明:在乙醇50%、催化剂6%和液固比8∶1条件下,得浆纯度较高,所得木素仍是由苯丙烷及其衍生物构成的大分子,其分子量远大于一般碱木素,分布范围较窄。
On the basis of previous researches, L15 (4^3) orthogonal experimental method was used to investigate the influence of such factors as ethanol, catalyzer and liquid-solid ratio etc. on separating lignin and cellulose with the time prolonged from 1.0h to 2.5h. The results indicate that: all the experimented factors still intercrossed at the median point of all factors, then with the increase of levels of the experimented factors, the major factors influencing lignin and α-cellulose separation was the ethanol and catalyzer; the interaction of the ethanol and catalyzer had a notable effect on the separating process; under the conditions of ethanol 60%, catalyzer 7% and liquid-solid ratio 6:1, the separating results were more preferable. Compared with the previous results, the structure of lignin did not change with its average molecular weight and distribution index increased to 3405.4 and 2.19 respectively.
