摘要
为提高航天工程的密封安全和可靠性,航天器和地面真空设备常常采用多级串联密封结构。总结了气路系统中的元件约束和拓扑约束规律,提出了串联密封系统的建模方法,建立了串联双密封系统气体泄漏的全过程和平衡过程模型,导出了串联双密封系统状态变量的解析表达式,给出了串联密封系统泄漏过程的数值计算与仿真方法,简单介绍了多级串联密封系统泄漏过程仿真软件,给出了仿真实例,最后给出了结论及其应用。
In space engineering, multi-level series seal structures are always adopted to assure safety and reliability. The topology and element restraints in gas circuit were summarized. The mathematical model building method of series seal system was presented based on it. The whole process and balancing process model of series seal system was built. Every state variable analytic expression of series seal system in leakage process was deduced. Numerical calculation and simulation algorithm were presented. The simulation software for multi-level series seal system was introduced. The simulation examples were given. Finally, the conclusion and its application are generalized.
