摘要
文章揭示了“新区域主义”分析区域经济发展成因的局限性。认为在关注区域内部动力因子的同时,必须重视外部资源,通过将地方经济发展纳入全球产业网络,实现区域经济发展。在全球价值链中,地方产业集群通过与其它区域产业集群的合作互动,来创造、增加、保持和捕捉价值,从而带动区域经济发展。文章还分析了世界瓷砖地方产业集群在全球价值链中互动、发展过程,并对我国瓷砖地方产业集群在全球价值链中的地位、面临的问题进行了剖析,提出了全球化背景下集群升级的建议。
This paper beginning from the sympathetic critiques of the new regionalism literatures that seek to reveal the limitations of these bodies of work with respect to understanding regional development in the contemporary era. Then emphasizing the importance of the resource of outside-region, and seeking to the new view of local regional economy embedding in global production network. Under this angle of view, local cluster, as a carrier of regional economy, react with others in global value chain. The process of creating value, enhancing value and capturing value promote the regional economy. The analysis base on the case of global ceramic tile industry. Illuminating the huge pushing power to the regional economy, which coming from the reaction of local tile cluster in the global value chain. And then discussing the position of China tile cluster, and their problem. Seeking the good way to develop the local cluster.
