摘要
以烟草为实验材料,分别对种子和幼苗进行镉、钙离子和镉—钙离子不同地处理,对烟草的发芽情况、幼苗生长及根和叶片中镉离子积累情况进行归纳总结分析,结果表明:钙离子在一定程度上对镉的毒性有减缓作用;不同处理的根和茎叶中镉含量变化呈相似的趋势,对照和仅外加钙离子的烟草植株中镉含量几乎为零。随着时间的延伸,镉胁迫处理的植株地上部及根部镉的吸收量均有明显增加,但外施钙离子可以增加镉胁迫下烟草植株中镉的积累,而且统计分析表明不同处理时间其镉的吸收量在0.01水平上有显著差异。
This text regards nicotiana tabacum as the experiment material, carry on the treatment of CK Cd^(2+) and Cd^(2+)-Ca^(2+) to the seed and seedling separately, seedling grow and root and blade Ca^(2+) accumulation sums up to summarize to analyse, the result shows : The Ca^(2+) has function of slowing down on the toxicity of Cd^(2+) to a certain extent; The change of content of Cd^(2+) is the simular trend of the the root of different treatment and stem leaf, contrast and outside with Ca^(2+) plant Cd^(2+) content zero nearly only. With extension of time, plant of treatment that Cd^(2+) coerce department and absorption amount , root of Cd^(2+) increase obviously on the ground, but outside construct Ca^(2+) can increase Cd^(2+) coerce down tobacco accumulation of Cd^(2+) of the plant, and statistical analysis indicates that the absorption amount of its Cd^(2+) is in 0 to deal with time differently.
