摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法，安定为内标，ＺｏｒｂａｘＣ＿８柱，含３０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ。磷酸的乙腈－水（３５：６５）为流动相，于紫外３４６ｎｍ处测定了黄柏中小檗碱的含量。排除了巴马汀对小檗碱的干扰。平均回收率为１０１．７％，ＲＳＤ为１．８３％（ｎ＝２０）。
A reversedphase high performance liquid chromatographic mothed was developed for the determina-tion of berberine in Cortex Phellodendri using a bonded phase column(Zorbax C_8) with diazepam as the internal stan-dard.The column temperature was 25 C.The mobile phatse was a mixture of acetonitrile-water(35:65,containing30mmol/L H_3PO_4) with a flow rate of lml/min.Berberine was detected by UV absorption at 346nm. The standardcurve was linear in the range of 0. 14 to 2. 0 μg. The recovery was 101.7% and RSI) 1.83%.
