摘要
目的:为前方经口腔径路至斜坡手术提供斜坡区的显微解剖学资料。方法:观测30例成人头颅骨性标本和15例成人头颅湿性标本钭坡区重要解剖标志及其毗邻关系。结果:(1)双侧破裂孔内侧壁间距和双侧舌下神经管外口间距分别为2 0 .6 7±2 .83mm和36 .37±2 .6 2mm ;(2 )展神经在颅后窝硬膜入口处双侧间距19.71±1.79mm ;(3)颈静脉结节在颈静脉孔神经部内侧1.5 3±0 .4 3mm。结论:了解斜坡区结构及其毗邻关系,可提高相关手术的安全度。
Objective: To provide the microsurgical anatomical basis of the clivus for transoral clival surgery. Method: The clival structures and their relationship were observed and measured in 30 dry skulls and 15 wet adult cadaveric heads respectively. Results : (1)The distance of bilateral medial wall of the foramen lacerum and external entrance of the hypoglossal canal was (20.67 ± 2.83)mm and (36.37 ± 2.62)mm respectively; (2)the distance of bilateral abducence nerve pierced into the dura mater was (19.71±1.79)mm; (3)the jugular tubercle was (1.53± 0.43) mm medial to the nerve portion of jugular foramen. Conclusion : Knowing the clival structures and their relationship is favorable for the operation of the clival region.
