换热器中流体及管壁温度变化关系式及其修正 被引量:4

STUDY AND AMEND OF THE FLOW AND TUBE WALL TEMPERATURE CHANGE CORRELATION IN HEAT EXCHANGER

摘要 借鉴推导无相变顺、逆流换热器对数平均温差的方法,导出了单流程管式无相变换热器中流体及换热管壁温度变化关系式。这些关系式将换热器设计参数、流体物性参数及过程参数集中在一个表达式中,反应了它们的内在联系。因在推导时作了几点假设,文中对这些关系式进行了分析,探讨了实际应用时的补充和修正方法。 Based on calculated logarithmic mean temperature in no phase change parallel flow type heat exchanger and counter flow type heat exchanger, the temperature change correlations of the flow and tube wall in no phase change parallel heat exchanger are calculated. The design parameters, the physical property data and the process parameters data are concentrated into one equation by those correlations. And the internal relations between these data are responded with these relative formula. Since several assumptions are supposed during the deduction of the correlation, the correlations are analyzed and the amending and modifying methods of them are discussed to be used in practical applications.
