摘要
工业蛭石样品是由金云母蛭石、绿泥石蛭石间层矿物构成的,不同样品其间层结构特点和蛭石晶层的含量不同;不同间层结构类型的样品其化学组成有较大的差异,金云母蛭石间层结构的样品含有较高的K2O、TiO2、Na2O组分,而绿泥石蛭石间层结构的样品含有较高的MgO、Al2O3组分;工业蛭石样品的阳离子交换容量在17.26~98.95mmol/100g之间,900℃下样品晶片的静态膨胀倍数为9~32倍,含蛭石晶层高的工业蛭石阳离子交换容量大、膨胀率高。
The industrial vermiculite samples are composed of phlogopite-vermiculite and chlorite-vermiculite interstratified minerals. The interstratified structure characteristics and the vermiculite layer contents are different in the different industrial vermiculite samples. The chemical compositions have bigger difference in the different interstratified structure type samples.The contents of K_2O,TiO_2 and Na_2O of the samples with phlogopite-vermiculite interstratified structure are higher and the contents of MgO and Al_2O_3 of the samples with chlorite-vermiculite interstratified structure are higher.The cations exchange capacities of the samples are between 17.26mmol/100g to 98.95mmol/100g.The thermal expanding ratios of the samples are between 9 to 32. The samples with more vermiculite layers have bigger the cations exchange capacitie and the thermal expanding ratios.
