预期职业地位与高等职业教育的个人需求 被引量:7

The expected professional position and the individual needs of higher vocational education

摘要 高等职业教育的社会需求可分为经济需求与个人需求,其中个人需求对于高职院校招生工作的影响更为直接。由于存在着社会分层,求学者的个人需求体现在追求预期职业地位的最优化。预期职业地位的决定因素包括毕业生选择职业的机会、就业率和职业评价。从总体上看,目前高职院校的预期职业地位相对较低,因而对求学者缺乏吸引力。可以通过舆论宣传、推行“订单培养”及促进专本衔接等途径提升高职院校的预期职业地位。 The social needs of higher vocational education includes economic needs and individual needs; the latter has more direct influences on the recruitment of higher vocational schools. Because of social stratification, the individual needs of each student focuses on trying to optimize his or her expectation of professional position. Three factors are crucial for the expectation of professional position: chances for graduates choosing their jobs, employment rate, and evaluation of vocations. Now the expectation of professional position of higher vocational schools is rather low in general, so that there is lack of attraction to students. We can enhance the expectation of professional position of higher vocational schools through conducting propaganda among the masses, adopting 'Order-type programs', and linking up special courses with undergraduate courses.
