摘要
论述了基于Solidworks对产品进行广义参数化的关键技术,包括产品模块化、尺寸分析、产品零件建模、零部件装配、方程式的添加与控制程序的编写、标准件库建立与标准件调用、非标准件系列零件的生成及调用、公差库的建立和公差参数化、工程图的生成、用Solidworks中的cosmos插件进行力学校核、系统的运动仿真。
The thesis introduces the crucial technology in the generalize d parametering of products based on SolidWorks, including the modeling of products , the analysis of dimension, the modeling of parts, the assembly of parts and un its, the accretion of equation and controlling program, the establishing and cal ling of standard entity library and not- Standard series parts, the found of t olerance entity library, the creation of drawing, the mechanics analysis by cos mos in SolidWokrs and the motion emulation of system.
