政府采购对企业营销策略的影响

摘要  简单分析了我国政府采购的发展现状以及政府采购市场对企业发展的重要影响,重点分析了企业如何参与应对政府采购,并提出了组建专门部门,建立完善反应机制;学习相关法规,熟悉游戏规则;重视售后服务,增加竞争实力;坚持成本领先的基础上实施产品差异化;诚信经营,防范违规风险等合理化建议. The Chinese government purchase has immense market potential in the future,which provides a new developmental opportunity and challenge for enterprises and suppliers.Firstly,this paper simply analyses the present situation of the Chinese government market;then,it chiefly studies the marketing tactics which can be used in participating in government purchase by enterprises and suppliers;at last,it provides more rational proposals that enterprises should pay attention to,for example,building special department to deal with goverment parchase, studying relevent laws and being familiar with them, providing good service after selling out, implementing product differentiated, honestly marketing and so on.
