摘要
认知语言学是从认知的角度研究语言的学科。范畴化理论是其基础,概念隐喻是范畴化理论的延伸。范畴化理论和概念隐喻可以解释委婉语,加深对委婉语的理解。
Cognitive linguistics studies language from the perspective of cognition in which the theory of category is the basis.The conceptual metaphor is the extension of the theory of category.These two theories can be employed to illustrate euphemism.
