摘要
目的评价7种真空促凝管对15项常规生化指标测定结果的影响。方法采用7种真空促凝采血管对30名健康人制备血清,将其促凝效果和常规15项生化指标检测结果与普通真空采血管进行比较和评价。结果不同促凝管对部分生化指标存在一定影响(P<0.01),其中γ谷氨酰转移酶结果可假性升高达1倍以上。结论真空促凝管虽具快速分离血清能力,可满足全自动生化分析仪高效率和急诊快速检测的需求,但促凝管分离的血清对某些生化项目影响颇大,各实验室在使用前必须对促凝管准确评估。
Objective To evaluate the effect of 7 types of coagulation-promoting vacuum tubes on 15 routine biochemical examinations. Methods Sera were obtained from 30 healthy people using 7 types of coagulation-promoting vacuum tubes. The effect of promoting coagulation and the results of biochemical examination were compared with that of general vacuum tube. Results Different tubes had some influence on the results of some biochemical items (P<(0.01)). The result of γ-glutamyltransferase was double. Conclusions Coagulation-promoting vacuum tubes separate serum quickly meeting the needs of automatic biochemistry analyzer for emergency assay, but some results of biochemical items are affected. It should be evaluated before use.
