摘要 目的在慢性铅接触者中发现早期肾损害指标。方法对62例血铅增高的慢性铅接触工人按工龄分组,并测定尿N乙酰B D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、尿溶菌酶(Lys)、尿β2微球蛋白(β2MG)、内生肌酐清除率(CCr)等指标。同时按是否单纯NAG增高分组,说明NAG在其中的意义。结果铅接触工龄1年以上者,NAG即有明显增高,单纯NAG增高组血铅水平明显低于非单纯NAG增高组。结论尿NAG是铅所致肾损害最敏感的指标之一。 Objective To seek incipient indices of renal injury in individuals chronically exposed to lead. Methods 62 workers with increased blood lead (Pb) were devided in groups accoding to occupational year.N-acetyl-β-D-glucosamindase (NAG), lysozyme(Lys),β_2-microglubulin(β_2-MG ) and creatinine clearence rates (C_(Cr)) were measured. Results NAG increased remarkably in the group of occupational year more than 1 year. The level of Pb in the group that NAG increased alone was significantly lower than that in the group other indices increased with NAG. Conclusions The urinary NAG could be used as a sensitive index for incipient renal injury of occupational lead exposure.
