摘要
为控制补肾壮骨胶囊中紫丁香苷的质量比,采用反相高效液相色谱方法,以SymmetryC18为色谱柱,V甲醇∶V0 2%冰醋酸水溶液=55∶45为流动相,流速1mL/min,柱温:30℃,二极管阵列检测器,提取波长为265nm,测得补肾壮骨胶囊中紫丁香苷的质量比为1 46mg/g,平均回收率为98 25%,结果表明,该方法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于补肾壮骨胶囊的质量控制.
RP-HPLC was used to determine the content of syringin in Bushen Zhuanggu capsule. The analytical column was Symmetry C_(18) column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water with 0.2% glacial acetic acid (55∶45), the flow rate was 1 mL/min,column temperature was (30 ℃),DAD (diode array detector) at 265 nm was used for detection,the content of syringin in Bushen Zhuanggu capsule is 1.46 mg/g, the average recovery of syringin was 98.25%. The results showed that the method is simple,accurate and repeatable and it is suitable for quality control of Bushen Zhuanggu capsule.
