摘要
司法正义是社会正义最后的和最根本的保障线。司法正义对于当前我国社会主义现代化建设具有重要意义:司法正义是市场经济健康发展的有力保障;司法正义是依法治国建设社会主义国家的重要内容;司法正义是社会主义政治文明的必然呼唤。
<Abstrcat>Judicial justice is the final and the most important guarantee of socialjustice. There are three aspects on which the importance of judicial justice for socialist construction is displayed. Judicial justice is the guarantee of the healthy development of the market economy, the contents of strengthening the socialist legal system, and the call for the socialist political civilization.
