摘要
在21世纪,企业的附加价值将主要是由知识工作者而不是体力劳动者所创造,企业所面临的商业环境也具有更高的不可预测性和迅速变化性,如何提高知识工作者与企业的效率已成为一个亟待研究的重要课题。亚当·斯密的劳动分工理论和泰勒的科学管理实践有效地提高了体力劳动者的效率,但是由于体力劳动者和知识工作者在商业环境与能力基础等方面存在着显著的差异,在知识经济时代,只有基于知识的专业分工和能力整合才能全面提高企业效率。基于系统思维的人力资源能力成熟度模型以人力资源管理系统的系统构成、运行流程以及能力之间在不同程度上的和谐性为着眼点,将成熟度等级、流程域、目标和管理实践有机地融合为一体,为知识工作者的能力整合和企业效率的提高提供了指南。
In the 21st century, the added value of enterp rises is mainly created by knowledge workers instead of physical workers and the business environment faced by enterprises has become more unpredictable and cha ngeable. Correspondingly, it has become an important problem to know how to impr ove the efficiency of both the knowledge workers and the enterprises. The labor division theory of Adam Smith and the scientific management practice of Taylor h ave improved efficiency of physical workers effectively. However, because of the clear difference between physical workers and knowledge workers in business env ironment and capability foundation, only the specialty division of labor and cap ability integration based on knowledge can improve the overall efficiency of ent erprises. P-CMM, which is based on the systematic thinking, focuses on the const itution of the management system of human resources; the functioning process and the harmony of different capabilities in varying degrees and it succeeds in int egrating maturity levels; process areas; goals and management practices and ther eby puts forward a guide to integrate the capability of knowledge workers and im prove the efficiency of enterprises.
