摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定五味清浊散中胡椒碱含量的方法。平均回收率为１０２．０％（ＲＳＤ为０．４６％），最低检出浓度为０．０３μｇ／ｍｌ，被测组分线性范围是１．８７５～３０μｇ／ｍｌ，ｒ为０．９９９９。
quantitative method has been developed
for the determination of piperylpiperidine in Wuwei Qingzhuo powderby
reversed phase HPLC. The average recovery is 102. 0%(RSD = 0. 46%)
and lowest detection concentration0. 03μg/ml. The linear range of
piperylpiperidine is 1 . 875￣ 30μg/ml ,r= 0. 9999.
