摘要
膨胀套管技术的研究是一项系统工程,它涉及石油钻井、采油、完井、修井等各个领域,以及材料学、力学等各个方面。其中膨胀套管连接螺纹的设计、加工是实施膨胀套管技术的重点和难点之一。针对膨胀套管膨胀前后和膨胀过程中要求套管连接强度和密封性能的要求,设计开发了一种可膨胀的套管连接螺纹,利用大型非线性有限元分析软件MSC/MARC对其在上扣、膨胀、扭矩等不同工况下的性能进行了模拟分析,表明该螺纹能够满足膨胀套管螺纹使用要求。
The research on expandable casing technology is a system engineering, which is involved with the fields, such as drilling, oil production, well completion and well workover, etc. , and with the aspects as materials science and mechanics. The design and processing of expandable casing coupling screw-thread are the key points and difficulties. In light of the demands for the casing connecting intensities and seal properties before and after expansion of expandable casing, and in the course of its expanding, an expandable casing coupling screw-thread was designed and developed, which performances at its different operating modes as make-up, expansion and torque, etc. , were simulated and analyzed by the large-scale nonlinear finite element analysis software MSC/MARC. The results indicated that this screw-thread could meet the needs of being used for the expandable casing coupling screw-thread.
