摘要
目的探讨端粒酶基因(hTR与hTRT)在口腔黏膜白斑、口腔癌的表达关系及两者表达相关性。方法应用原位杂交法检测hTR与hTRT在48例口腔黏膜白斑(轻度增生12例,中度增生18例,重度增生18例)、口腔癌32例中的表达。结果在口腔黏膜白斑轻、中、重度不典型增生组织中hTR与hTRTmRNA表达率分别为8·3%,16·7%,72·2%;8·3%,22.2%,66·7%;口腔癌中端粒酶基因hTR与hTRTmRNA表达率为90·6%,87·5%;口腔黏膜白斑的轻、中度不典型增生中的表达对比无显著差异(P>0·05);轻、中度不典型增生与重度不典型增生的表达对比有显著性差异(P<0·05);轻、中度不典型增生与口腔癌的表达对比有显著性差异(P<0·05);但重度不典型增生与口腔癌hTR与hTRT在组织中的表达对比无显著差异(P>0·05)。结论端粒酶基因hTR与hTRT的表达与增生的程度有关。hTR与hTRT在口腔黏膜组织中表达具有一致性。端粒酶的激活可能与口腔癌的发生有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship of telomerase genes ( hTR and hTRT) in oral leukoplakia and oral carcinoma and correlation of their expression.Methods Telomerase genes in 48 cases with oral leukoplakia ( the cases included 12 mild hyperlasia,18 medium atypical hyperplasia, 18 severe atypical hyperplasia) and 2 cases of oral carcinoma were detected by in situs hybridization. Results The expression rates of hTRT and hTRTmRNA in oral mild atypical hyperplasia, moderate atypical hyperplasia, severe atypical hyperplasia and oral carcinoma were respectively 8.%, 8.%; 16.7%, 22.2%; 72.2%,66.7%; 90.6%, 87.5%. The differences between mild atypical hyperplasia and moderate atypical hyperplasia were not significant (P>0.05).The mild-moderate atypical hyperplasia and severe atypical hyperplasia were significant(P<0.05).the differences between severe atypical hyperplasia and oral carcinoma were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Telomerase genes expression is closely related to extent of hyperplasia.Expressions of hTR and hTRT were like in experiment.The reactivated telomerase may play an important role in the development of oral carcinoma.
