摘要
调查及实验证明，水蛭以蚂蟥为主流药用品种。切丝入药溶出效果最优。对水蛭３种炮制品的质量从浸出物限量、薄层层析、蛋白电泳、体外抗凝效价方面进行了定量、定性研究。
It has been confirmed by investigation that Whitmania pigra is the main medicinal breed of leech ,andfiliform pieces are the best for extraction. The quality of leech processed by 3 different methods has been studied quali-tatively and quantitatively in terms of amounts of extraction ,TLC ,eletrophoresis of protein and anti-thrombin action.
