Evaluation on seeding pumpkin as a new source of oil crops

摘要 介绍了籽用南瓜的生产现状,并通过对国内外籽用南瓜含油量分析和籽用南瓜与其他油料作物的对比分析得知:籽用型南瓜含油量较高,南瓜籽油的营养价值和消化吸收性与大豆油相当,不低于花生油,优于菜籽油,南瓜可作为新型油料作物;从中可看出南瓜高油育种的新方向。 This paper introduces the present productive state of seeding-pumpkin. We found a conclusion that seeding-pumpkin contain higher oil, comparing with content of other oil crops. Both the nutrition value and digestibility of pumpkin oil were similar as soybean and peanuts oil, superior to rape oil. So seeding-pumpkin was regarded as a new oil crops, it also discusses new objective of pumpkin with high oil content.
