介绍了以聚甲基氢硅氧烷、硅树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸酯、环氧树脂、含丙烯酰氧烃氧基及烷氧基的二硅烷(或二硅氧烷)等为成膜剂的加成型液体硅橡胶用底涂剂的配制;以及加成型液体硅橡胶常用的几种增粘剂(如含烷氧基、硅氢基及反应性有机基的硅烷或硅氧烷低聚物,含硅氢基和β-二酮基的硅氧烷低聚物等)的结构及典型配方。
The prime coating of additional liquid silicone rubber was prepared with polymethyl hydrogen siloxane, silicone resin, silicone-modified acrylic resin, epoxy resin, disiloxane as film formers. The structure and typical formulation of some kinds of common used viscosifier for LSR, which were silane containing with alkoxyl, Si-H and reactive organic, siloxane oligomer, Si-H and β-diketone siloxane oligomer were introduced.
