二苯甲酮吸附量对HDPE表面光接枝丙烯酸的影响

摘要 研究了以二苯甲酮(BP)为光敏剂时,BP吸附量对HDPE光接枝丙烯酸(AA)的影响。BP在252nm处存在紫外(UV)特征吸收峰,根据吸收峰强度测定了HDPE表面BP的吸附量。研究发现,BP吸附量随预覆液中BP质量分数的增加而增加,当质量分数为3%时,吸附量达到最大值,此后吸附量不随BP的增加而变化。随BP吸附量增加,HDPE的接枝率增加,当BP吸附量为2.82×10-8mol/cm2时,接枝率由未预覆BP时的5%增加到22.5%,接枝效率也由44%提高到90%。接枝可改善HDPE膜的亲水性,接枝率为10%时。 The effect of the absorptive amount of benzophenone (BP) on surface photografting of acrylic acid (AA) onto HDPE was studied. BP displayed a characteristic absorbance at 252 nm in UV absorption spectrum and the adsorptive amount of BP on the HDPE surface was measured by UV spectra. It is found that with the increase of the BP concentration the absorptive amount of BP increases at first. When the mass fraction of BP is 3%, the absorptive amount reaches the maximum; then it does not change with BP concentrations. With increasing the absorptive amount of BP the grafting ratio and grafting efficiency of HDPE increases. When the absorptive amount of BP is (2.82)×10^(-8) mol/cm^2, the grafting ratio and the grafting efficiency reaches (22.5%) and 90%, respectively. The contact angle of water on grafted HDPE films decreases greatly with the increase of the grafting ratio.
