摘要
用红外(FT-IR),X射线衍射(XRD),核磁共振(NMR,13C,27Al,29Si)对电子束和紫外辐照制备的纳米结构聚丙烯酰胺/蒙脱土复合材料进行了表征。结果表明,丙烯酰胺以双分子层嵌入蒙脱土层间形成复合体,使蒙脱土层距由1.25nm增大到2.09nm。在复合材料中丙烯酰胺有三种形式:嵌入蒙脱土层间,通过氢键结合在蒙脱土表面和“自由”聚合物。
The structure of poly(acrylamide)/montmorillonite based nanocomposite (SAPC) prepared using UV or electron beam irradiation was characterized by means of FT-IR,NMR(^(13)C, ^(27)Al, ()^(29)Si) and XRD. Studies show that the acrylamide intercalates into the montmorillonite and enlarges the layers space of montmorillonite from (1.25) nm to (2.09) nm. In the composite, the acrylamide is in following three forms: intercalated into the lamina of montmorillonite in bimolecular layers by van der waals forces and hydrogen bonds, combined on the surface of montmorillonite by hydrogen bonds with exchangeable surface cations, and polymerized in a form of free' polymer outside the montmorillonite.
