摘要
报告３２例脑血管网织细胞瘤，其中男１８例，女１４例，均经手术及病理证实。病变有以下特点：（１）青壮年发病较高；（２）多位于颅后窝，囊性多见；（３）多伴有颅内压增高；（４）合并Ｌｉｎｄａｕ氏综合征的复发率高。另外，本文还对该病的诊断、治疗方法及预后等方面进行了探讨。
cases of cerebral angioreticuloma which were operated upon and confirmed histologically are reported.There were 18 males and 14 females.The clinical features of the tumor are as follows:(1) The incidence is higher in young and middle-aged individuals.(2)The tumor usually occurred in the posterior cranial fossa and usually manifested as a cystic lesion.(3)Intracranial pressure increased.(4)Recurrence rate after peration is higher in patients with Lindau's syndrome.In addition,the diagnosis,treatment,Prognosis and other Problems of cerebral angioreticuloma were discussed in this paper.
