摘要
在终身教育思潮的引导下,本文从分析社会的动态需求入手,提出了新世纪新经济对职业学校培养目标素质结构的动态要求;构思了四大素质结构:思想道德素质、身心素质、知识技能素质、可持续发展素质,认为其中的可持续发展素质已逐步成为核心成分。
Under the thoughts of longlife education, to analyze the society's recent demanding, the author put forward the new century and economy's new demanding for quality structure of vocational education's nurturing target, establish four quality structures: the quality of morality and thoughts; the quality of health and psychology; the quality of technical ability; the quality of sustainable aptitude, consider the quality of sustainable aptitude has became the core.
