摘要
针对项目型制造的生产数据不准确等特点,提出了一种PUSH-PULL集成的新型生产管理模式;在生产作业计划中采用“推”的方式解决瓶颈任务的优化安排,通过JIT的“拉”的思想来解决非瓶颈任务的自动安排,从而解决了传统计划方式因提前期的不确定以及需求频繁变动而导致的计划失效问题;最后给出了这种新型生产管理模式在制造执行系统中的应用实例。
In view of the inaccurate production data in project-based manufacturing,a new kind of PUSH-PULL integrated production management mode is proposed. By adopting ‘PUSH’ method to solve the optimized scheduling of the bottleneck processes and ‘PULL’ method of JIT to solve the automatic execution of nonbottleneck processes,this mode reduces the complexity of the system. This mode solves the problem of planning invalidation due to the uncertainty of the lead time and the changeable demand in traditional mode. Finally,the living examples of application of this new kind of production management mode in MES are presented.
