摘要
级配碎石的室内试验目前均采用击实法成型,不符合振动对无粘结粒料压实有效的原则且反映不出级配类型的差别;在自行研制的振动成型设备上,对3种结构类型的级配碎石进行振动压实试验,考察了频率、离心力、振幅对压实效果的影响。试验结果表明,当频率、离心力保持不变时,存在最佳振幅;激振强度对压实的影响存在阈值。给出了各结构类型级配的最佳振动参数和室内振动压实试验标准参数,并比较了击实法与振动方法的差别。
<Abstrcat>The currently used compacting method for graded aggregate material in the Modified Proctor Compaction Test(MPCT),which does not accord with the principle of effective compaction for graded aggregate material and reflect the difference of the grades.Three types of graded aggregate were compacted with different parameters by vibrating compactor,to seehe effect of frequency-force and nominal amplitude on the compacting.The result shows that the optimal nominal amplitude and vibrating threshold value exist under a given condition of constent frequency and centrifugal force.Optimal vibrating compaction parameters for each type of grades were proposed,and unified standard vibrating compaction parameters putt forward.The compaction effect of MPCT was compared with that of vibration method.
