摘要 在分析城市道路交通网络OD结构特征的基础上,提出表达道路网络容量的基本思想和模型,阐明交通网络容量受到交通流特性、网络要素容量等因素的影响,基于不同的考虑方法可以建立不同的网络容量模型。本文进一步分析了路网容量对交通规划与管理的指导作用,交通规划和交通管理对道路系统容量的影响。交通规划着眼于提高整个道路系统的交通承载能力,交通管理着眼于挖掘系统的潜力。运用网络容量对城市交通网络进行诊断,根据不同容量的要求,在交通规划或交通管理方面采取相应的措施,解决城市交通问题。 On the basis of analyzing origin-destination flow pattern of traffic network,the basic ideas on the road network capacity were suggested and formulated in the mathematical programming.The network capacity was analyzed taking into account of network flow characteristics,network element capacity,etc.The different models of network capacity were proposed with corresponding requirement.The relationship among traffic network capacity,traffic planning and traffic management was further discussed.It demonstrates that traffic planning aims at the improvement of the whole road system while traffic management adjusts the flow distribution to utilize the potential of the traffic network capacity.
