摘要
目的探讨吡柔比星、长春新碱、强的松联合治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病的护理方法,避免和减少化疗期间出现的并发症和毒副作用,提高治疗的疗效。方法回顾性总结46例急性淋巴细胞白血病病人化疗期间的护理经验。结果病人的并发症和毒副作用得到及时处理和有效的控制。病人治疗有效率84.8%。结论良好的护理工作是保证白血病病人化疗顺利进行的重要因素,科学的护理方法可避免和减少化疗期间出现的并发症和毒副作用,提高治疗的疗效。
Objective To explore the nur sing methods for patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia after combined treatment of Bi Rou Bi Xing, Chang Chun Xin Jian and prednisone. Methods Nursing experiences for caring 46 cases with acute lymphocytic leukemia during chemotherapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Complications and toxic side-effects were promptly and efficiently controlled. The curative rate was 84.8%. Conclusion Good nursing ensures that chemotherapy for leukemic patients goes on smoothly. Scientific nursing helps avoid and reduce complications and toxic side-effects during chemotherapy and improve therapeutic effectiveness.
